These terms apply when you request our free Business Website Growth Plan, enquire about a Guest Connecta package (“Launch”, “Growth” or “Authority”), or engage us to build your website or growth system. By submitting a form on this site or signing a quotation with us, you agree to these terms.
The free Business Website Growth Plan
The free Business Website Growth Plan is provided at no cost and with no obligation to purchase anything. It is intended for genuine business enquiries. After you request it, we may contact you by email, phone or WhatsApp about your plan and related services; you can ask us to stop at any time.
Quotations and scope
Paid work only begins once we have agreed a written quotation with you setting out what will be built, the price, and the expected delivery timeline. Work outside that agreed scope is treated as a change request and may be quoted separately.
Payment
- A 50% deposit is payable to reserve your production slot and begin onboarding.
- The remaining 50% is only due once your system has been built, tested and you have approved it as ready to launch.
- If we do not deliver the agreed system, the remaining balance will not be invoiced.
- Once production has started, the deposit is non-refundable, as it reserves dedicated production time on our side.
- Any monthly support or hosting fee is agreed upfront in your quotation and will not change without your approval.
Your responsibilities
To keep your project on schedule, we ask you to provide the content, branding, feedback and any access we reasonably need in good time. Delays in providing these may extend your delivery timeline.
Approval and launch
Nothing goes live until you have reviewed your system and confirmed you are happy with it. Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are included before launch; significant changes after you have approved a section may be quoted as additional work.
Ownership
Once your project is paid in full, your website, its content, your domain, and any customer data or records generated through it belong to your business, permanently. Third-party software, plugins, stock assets and platforms we use to build or run your system remain the property of their respective owners and are licensed, not sold, to you.
Third-party services
Your system may rely on third-party platforms such as hosting providers, payment gateways, Google, and WhatsApp. We select these carefully, but we do not control their uptime, pricing or policies, and are not liable for issues that originate with them.
Support after launch
Where your package includes ongoing monthly support, it covers hosting, maintenance, monitoring and reasonable optimisation as described in your quotation. Work beyond that scope will be quoted separately. Support is not compulsory beyond what is specified in your quotation.
Limitation of liability
We aim to deliver a professional, reliable system, but we make no guarantee of specific business outcomes such as search rankings, sales or revenue. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a project is limited to the amount you have paid us for that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. We will always try to resolve any disagreement directly and in good faith before either party takes further action.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above shows when they were last revised. Changes will not apply retroactively to a quotation you have already signed.
